DELIVERY
Prices listed for each jewellery listing are not INCLUSIVE of mailing charges.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days upon verification of payment and local delivery will be carried out during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most Local Deliveries are carried out via Singapore Post Office and we do not provide worldwide shipping at the moment.
*For pre-order and customised [Haute Couture] jewellery accessories in a single order, our logistics team will deliver it to you once the item arrives.
DELIVERY SERVICES:
Most orders will ship within 1 - 2 working days upon payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification email from us.

We highly recommend you to opt for GoldChateau’s personalised courier due to insurance coverage.
For Registered Mail or SmartPac Lite, which comes with tracking services, if the parcel does not fit through your letterbox, you would need to collect the parcel from your area's designated SingPost post office.
We will not hold any liabilities towards any incidents of lost/tampered/swapped parcels for any type of delivery method with exception towards GoldChateau’s Personalised Courier Services.

BOUNCED PARCELS
In the event of any return parcels to GOLDCHATEAU, the customers will be contacted via email.
Re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer [we highly encourage esteemed guests to key in and check their delivery and billing details properly]. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer during our working hours. (Monday to Friday) Excluding weekends and public holidays.
INCORRECT DELIVERY OF ITEMS
Our team would like to first apologize should there be an event of delivery of incorrect item based on order.
Due to the nature of sensitivity of our trade, delivery of jewellery items are procured intensively before delivery thus such errors are largely non-existential.
To proof incorrect delivery, tag of the jewellery item(s) must be untampered/uncut/retro-fitted.
For such incidents, the company will ensure items are exchanged based on a one-to-one basis accordingly to the ordered item.
Should there be evidence of tampering of tag and jewellery item, our exchange policy is deemed nulled and void with no further liabilities to owing to be fulfilled. By continuing to make orders on the site, it will be deemed that customer has implicitly and explicitly accepted the jewellery item as a correct order on basis when tag on item has been tampered with no exchanges and refunds allowed.
The above terms and conditions applies solely to GOLDCHATEAU personalised delivery option.
Any method of delivery through 3rd party delivery options are deemed forfeiting/excluding on rights from all claims and compensate.

Our customer service team will attend to you within 3 working days if your items are qualified to return and exchange upon a stringent check. Please note that we are not liable for any purchase you made from the third party.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are strictly impermissible for all jewellery merchandise especially customised [haute couture] orders and non-jewellery accessories. We strongly encourage esteemed guests to measure and consider carefully before committing to making of purchase of the gold/jewellery item.
Should there be any Goodwill returns and exchanges, it should be presented in its original condition (i.e.; tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and re-sellable condition [in-exhaustive]) and purchased directly from us and not from a third party. Please note that for such Goodwill exchanges; requests will be declined should the original condition terms are breached or if condition is not satisfactory to criteria upon checking.
You [Guests/Users] will be responsible for postage costs of Goodwill returns and exchange items, please kindly note that all such parcels are only available to be done via GOLDCHATEAU personalised delivery option to prevent swap-jobs.
GOLDCHATEAU will not proceed with the return or exchange request if the parcel did not reach us or meet our requirements. We will not be liable for any parcel lost made by the 3rd party courier services.
